Festival: 9-12 on October 17 at Plaza of the Americas 

Gator Gallop: 10:30 on October 17 starting at Plaza of the Americas

Parade: 12:00 on October 17th on from Museum and 13th to University, down University to Main St

UF Homecoming & Gator Growl is excited to announce that Gator Growl will take place on Friday, October 7, 2022, at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center with doors opening at 6:00 PM. Olivia O’Brien will be opening the show!

Flo Rida, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter and composer from Carol City, Florida. His
2008 breakout single “Low” was number one for 10 weeks in the United States and broke the
record for digital download sales at the time of its release. Flo Rida has sold over 80 million
records worldwide, making him one of the best-selling music artists. In June 2022, Flo Rida
released his most recent single “What a Night”.

Group tickets are now available for presale, starting at $20 and can be purchased by emailing
producer@gatorgrowl.org. Student and general public tickets officially go on sale September 1.

Olivia O’Brien, a 22-year-old Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter, has amassed over 2.4 billion
global artist streams and is responsible for the viral TikTok smash and RIAA certified Gold,
“Josslyn,” with over 225 million streams to date. She first made a name for herself in 2016, with
“i hate u i love u,” her 2 billion-streaming RIAA 5x-platinum, self-composed debut smash
collaboration with gnash, which introduced Olivia as a rising pop star to be reckoned with. Olivia
kicked off 2022 with the release of the angsty pop-anthem “Bitches These Days” and will
continue with a string of new singles, including her latest track “Bitch Back” ft. FLETCHER.
UF Homecoming is a festive week-long celebration culminating in Gator Growl before the
football game. Gator Growl attendees enjoy live musical performances, the crowning of the
Homecoming King & Queen, and more to celebrate the university’s achievements and embrace
their inner Gator pride.
Doors will open for Gator Growl at 6:00 p.m., with the show starting at 7:00 p.m. The Stephen
C. O’Connell Center is located at 250 Gale Lemerand Dr, Gainesville, FL 32611.
