Have everything you need for move-in? Just like Mr. Kringle, you might want to make a list and check it twice. Below are some important reminders and considerations for the big move.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Let us know before you show! – Make sure you check your email to schedule a move in appointment. As you finalize your move-in plans, consider reaching out to your roommate to coordinate arrival information and identify who will be helping you on this big day. Consider keeping your move-in team to a minimum to create a welcoming experience for all Gators!

Check-In and Unloading

Make sure you have your Photo ID when you arrive on campus. You’ll need your ID to collect your keys at check-in at your area office. UF encourages your support team to start unloading your things while you check in and provide directions on how to get to your room.  Carts will be available to check out or you are welcome to bring your own to help speed up the process.
